The Minds of Children

Yesterday we were in church and Colby was putting his feet all over the bench. I quietly reminded him that this is Jesus' house and that we needed to show that we love him by taking care of his things. Well, this is how the conversation went,
Colby: "This isn't Jesus' house."
Mom: "Yes, it is and we need to show respect for it."
Colby: " Jesus doesn't live here."
Mom: "Where does he live?"
Colby: "He lives in outer space!"

It's so good to hear from you again. Keep up the hard work of taking care of babies outside and in. We love you!!

I love hearing what Colby says. He is so bright. It was fun hanging out with you guys yesterday. I wish we lived closer so I could help when you aren't feeling well.

Can Colby get any smarter before kindergarten? Pretty soon he's going to start quoting verses from "If I could Hie to Kolob"!

Those Cox boys are just too smart for their own good! Love those conversations with them, though.
