Valentines

I finished the little Valentine backpacks for the boys just in time for the big day (or actually on the big day)!

Then I made this for Nate with Colby's great help! It has swedish fish in the sea. I know....cheesy, but oh so fun!!!

Then Colbs made me one too! Isn't it so cute. Man, I love that kid!

And our Valentine's Day would not be complete without me making Nate the biggest Rice Krispie Treat heart around!

The boys gave me some of "my favorite things". I felt like Oprah.....it was awesome!
It is so great to know and feel the love we have for one another in this house!

This rocks!

Thanks to my friend, Jessi, I have discovered this website. You can create your own font using your very own handwriting and install it on your computer. I think it is about the coolest thing EVER!! Here is my example:

Try it out! It is VERY addicting. You can do doodles or whatever you want. It totally rocks and best of all.....it is so FREE!

The Best Valentine Date!

My Honey planned a great Valentines date for us last night. We went up the canyon and snowshoed.
We held hands

Got a little exercise

Nate built us a fire.....

with his mad fire building skills!

We relaxed by the fire

had some yummy hot cocoa,
some Valentine's chocolates,

and just hung out PEACEFULLY, just the TWO of us. We then warmed up at a nice restaurant and had dinner PEACEFULLY!
Simply heaven! Thanks, babe, for an awesome adventure and night! I wouldn't want anyone else as my Valentine!
Happy Valentine's Day, Everyone!

This is my current project for the boys. You put them on the back of the kitchen chairs and put Valentine's goodies in them. Thanks to ourscoop blog for the pattern.

#2

Today Carson went #2......IN THE POTTY!!! And you better believe we are celebrating in a big way!!! Well, atleast we took him to the store to pick out his favorite treat....reeses peanut butter cups. :-) He is very proud of himself, and we are too. We are hoping this is a trend and can get him out of diapers soon! Hooray for Carson!
